Universitat Internacional de Catalunya seeks an European Innovation & Knowledge Transfer Officer to assist in managing EU-funded projects, ensuring compliance with EC rules and proper reporting. The role involves coordination with internal services and partners to deliver project objectives.

You will monitor timelines, prepare financial reports, and support dissemination activities to maximize impact of European research funding.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, European Studies, Public Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of three years of experience managing EU-funded projects (e.g., Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, Interreg).
• Strong knowledge of European Commission funding rules and reporting/financial justification requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day management and implementation of EU-funded projects per Grant/Consortium Agreements and work plans.
• Monitor progress, milestones, and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of project activities.
• Prepare meeting agendas/minutes and follow up on action points for effective coordination.
