Concentrix is seeking a Business Development Representative (Spanish-speaking) in Malaga on a hybrid schedule. You will drive B2B sales, qualify leads, create and update records in Salesforce, and support handoffs to the Account Executive while maintaining accurate activity logs.

The role requires 1–2 years in IT sales or related customer management, proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems like Dynamics 365 or Salesforce, and bilingual Spanish/English communication.

Formación

• 1–2 years’ experience in IT sales or sales account management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage outbound lead qualification activities within the hybrid BDR2 team, reviewing MQLs/MQAs/MCLs and updating lead status in Salesforce.
