Concentrix in Benalmádena (Hybrid) is looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive the sales cycle, nurture client relationships, and showcase expertise in advanced cloud technologies.

You will be the first contact for many customers, lead from lead to purchase, collaborate with Solution Specialists, and position Azure, Office 365, and Dynamics 365 offerings to win business.

Formación

• 2–3+ years of sales experience, preferably in IT or cloud services.
• Proficient in French and fluent in English.
• High school diploma required.
• Experience selling Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365 is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first contact point for customers, delivering a strong first impression and establishing long-term relationships.
• Lead the sales process from lead to purchase, acting as main contact for Microsoft Cloud customers.
• Engage SMEs across industries to meet their cloud technology needs.
• Collaborate with Solution Specialists and Partners to maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Position offerings to meet customer needs and turn prospects into revenue opportunities.
• Capture customer feedback and relay it as the Voice of the Customer.
