Shakers is expanding in Europe and building the Portuguese Business Development team from Madrid. You will own your market, grow a portfolio of Portuguese clients, and match them with top freelance AI builders. The role blends remote work with occasional travel to Portugal for events and meetings.

You’ll work with AI tools, strike deals, and report KPIs and forecasts regularly. Fluent Portuguese, English, and Spanish are required, with 2–7 years in relevant roles and a high growth mindset.

Formación

• Minimum 2–7 years in business development or related roles.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish is expected.
• Strong hunter/farmer mindset with client portfolio growth focus.
• Comfortable communicating with C-level and technical profiles.

Responsabilidades

• Own and grow a portfolio of Portuguese clients from Madrid with occasional travel to Portugal.
• Identify opportunities, articulate value, and close deals for freelance talent.
• Build trust with decision-makers and technical teams across accounts.
• Report KPIs, pipeline, and forecasts weekly and monthly.
