An international recruitment firm is seeking a Business Developer to enhance its sales strategy in the Portuguese market. This role offers flexibility with the option to work remotely or from major cities in Spain and Portugal. Ideal candidates will have experience in business development, strong communication skills in Portuguese and English, and a strong understanding of the Portuguese markets. A competitive salary with attractive commissions is offered, along with flexibility in work arrangements.

Formación

• Experience doing Business Development and/or Cold Calling.
• Knowledge of the Portuguese Markets.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop the company's sales activity.
• Participate in the Portuguese office's sales strategy.
• Identify target customers and present our services.
• Negotiate commercial agreements with customers.
• Promote the Luxe Talent brand in target markets.
