WW Talents in Madrid seeks a Polish-speaking Account Executive to drive new business in the Polish market within an international sales team. Hybrid role; residence in Spain required; relocation not offered.

You will own the sales process from outreach to closing, handling high call volumes and online product demonstrations, while aiming to grow MRR. Compensation includes a €30,000 gross annual base, uncapped commissions, a monthly €600 target, plus benefits and a schedule that supports

Formación

• Polish-speaking at native level or bilingual.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Currently living in Spain with the legal right to work.
• 1–6 years of experience in commercial/sales roles.
• Experience in roles such as Account Executive, Sales Representative, Business Development, SDR/BDR is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new business opportunities in the Polish-speaking market.
• Lead the sales process from outreach to closing deals.
• Proactively contact potential customers through outbound calls and prospecting.
• Handle a high volume of sales activity (80–100 calls per day).
• Qualify prospects and identify business needs; present demos online.
