TheFork, part of the Tripadvisor Group, is seeking a Top Chef Customer Success Manager in Spain. You will manage a portfolio of Michelin-starred and premium restaurants, building trusted relationships with owners and decision makers while driving adoption of TheFork products to maximize customer success.
You will identify growth opportunities, reduce churn, and coordinate with Product, Support, Operations, and Sales teams to resolve complex issues.

At TheFork, our Top Chef team partners with some of the most prestigious restaurants in Spain, including Michelin-starred and fine dining venues. As a Top Chef Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building long-term strategic relationships with a portfolio of premium restaurants, helping them maximise the value of TheFork ecosystem while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This is not a traditional Account Management role. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, navigating sophisticated customer needs and becoming a trusted advisor for some of the most demanding hospitality businesses.
Fluency in Catalan is a strong plus.
