Job summary

2K Games seeks a Game Localization Lead for Polish content, responsible for language strategy, tone, and quality across titles. You will guide voiceover production, editing, and cultural adaptation while partnering with developers, QA, marketing, and publishing teams to ensure locale accuracy and brand alignment.

The role requires native Polish, advanced English, and proven ability to work independently on complex language projects, with a focus on risk mitigation and global consistency.

Qualifications

• Native fluency in Polish with strong tone, grammar, and regional nuance.
• Advanced English fluency (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree in translation, linguistics, media, or related field preferred.
• Experience with VO scripting, dubbing production, and linguistic direction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own localization strategy, quality bar, and final sign-off for Polish content across all titles.
• Develop glossaries, style guides, and cultural content policies for Polish market.
• Lead VO casting, script reviews, and creative sessions during Polish voiceover production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align language decisions and ensure compliance.
