Qualifications

• PMO and portfolio management exposure in financial services is preferred.
• University degree in business, finance or related field is required.
• Up to 3 years of experience in PMO, project management or business management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project financials, budgets and resources for portfolio oversight.
• Maintain project and portfolio plans, track milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Support portfolio management and capacity planning for prioritization.
• Conduct business analysis and data-driven assessments for planning and reporting.
• Provide meeting coordination, communications and team support.
• Prepare management reports and committee materials for governance.
• Coordinate steering committees and governance forums, including actions follow-up.
