• Monitor project financials, budgets and resources for portfolio oversight.
• Maintain project and portfolio plans, track milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Support portfolio management and capacity planning for prioritization.
• Conduct business analysis and data-driven assessments for planning and reporting.
• Provide meeting coordination, communications and team support.
• Prepare management reports and committee materials for governance.
• Coordinate steering committees and governance forums, including actions follow-up.

We are seeking a PMO Analyst to support our Business & Regulatory Transformation (BRT) team in the Digital Business Transformation division. In this role, you will work closely with our Head BRT, project leads, programme managers and senior stakeholders to ensure transparent reporting, effective decision-making and efficient execution. The role combines PMO, business management, and analytical responsibilities, providing broad exposure to project portfolio management, financial tracking, governance processes, capacity planning, and team operations for a broad set of strategic initiatives. YOUR CHALLENGE

• Monitor project financials, budgets and resource allocation to support effective portfolio oversight.
• Maintain project and portfolio plans, track key milestones, risks, dependencies and execution progress.
• Support project portfolio management and capacity planning activities to ensure transparency and prioritization across initiatives.
• Conduct business analysis and data-driven assessments to support planning, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Provide business management support for project teams, including the coordination of meetings, workshops, communications, and team development activities.
• Support governance and decision-making processes through the preparation of management reports, presentations, and committee materials.
• Coordinate steering committees and other governance forums, including agenda management, meeting documentation, and follow-up of actions.

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in PMO, project management, consulting, financial services, business management, or a similar environment.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with th e ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to structure information and derive meaningful insights.
• Excellent Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented working style.

Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across different functions and seniority levels.
