Factorial HR is seeking a Technical Project Manager (Mid/Junior) to bridge product features with our Infrastructure efforts in a hybrid Barcelona-based environment. You will coordinate three sub-squads, align internal stakeholders, and optimize delivery with a product-focused mindset.

Join a scale-up SaaS company building agentic workflows and cloud-enabled capabilities, while collaborating with engineers and product teams to drive successful releases and documentation.

Formación

• The Product-First Mindset: you understand SaaS products, multi-tenancy, and how features/configurations interact.
• 1–3 years of project management experience in a fast-paced tech environment (Scrum/Agile).
• Break down complex, multi-quarter initiatives into milestones and clear tasks.
• Excellent communicator translating infra concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Eager to learn cloud basics and which providers support our product capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Drive agile ceremonies, track timelines, and manage deliverables across Evolution, Reliability, Enablement squads.
• Act as the first point of contact for engineering and product teams on infrastructure capabilities and environment statuses.
• Coordinate QA, validation, and rollout of testing environments and production releases.
• Manage vendor relationships and maintain clear internal documentation for systems and configurations.
• Define, track, and report on KPIs, SLOs, and business impact of infrastructure initiatives.
