Factorial HR is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Security Engineer to own end-to-end security of our cloud and infrastructure, based in Barcelona, Spain. You will partner with SRE and IT teams to implement hardening, risk management and incident response across our global platform.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Security or Security Engineering, focused on cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
• Deep experience in vulnerability management and risk prioritization workflows.
• Strong knowledge of network security, OS hardening (Linux/Unix), and IAM.
• Experience with EDR, CNAPP, SIEM, and vulnerability tools (Tenable, Qualys, Wiz).
• Automation experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash).
• Industry certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the security strategy for our cloud environments and secure architecture from day one.
• Lead vulnerability identification, assessment and remediation with a risk-based approach.
• Implement and maintain hardening strategies to increase resilience.
• Continuously monitor security alerts and conduct incident response and investigations.
• Develop and manage infrastructure security tooling (CNAPP, CSPM, vulnerability scanners).
• Secure the CI/CD pipelines and runners to protect the build/deploy environment.
• Collaborate with IT, DX and SRE teams to automate security controls.
• Develop, maintain and update incident response plans and infrastructure security policies.
