Factorial HR, Barcelona, is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Security Engineer to own security across cloud environments and IaC, partnering with SRE and IT to embed security from day one. You will lead risk management, vulnerability handling, and incident response.

You will develop hardening strategies and manage CNAPP, CSPM, EDR and SIEM tooling, driving automation in CI/CD while guiding teams on security best practices.

Formación

• 5+ years in Infrastructure Security or Security Engineering.
• Experience in cloud environments and IaC (Kubernetes).
• Proficiency with CNAPP, EDR, DLP, SIEM and vulnerability management.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Drive security strategy for cloud environments from day one.
• Monitor alerts and incidents; conduct investigations to identify root causes.
• Lead vulnerability management and risk prioritization.
• Develop and maintain incident response plans and security policies.
• Collaborate with Infra, IT, DX and SRE teams to automate controls.
