Factorial is seeking a Technical Project Manager (Mid/Junior) to join our Infrastructure Engineering team in Barcelona, with a remote-friendly approach. You’ll bridge business-facing features and underlying infrastructure, driving delivery, alignment, and documentation across Evolution, Reliability, and Enablement sub-squads.

You’ll work with a product‑first mindset, coordinating with product and engineering teams, and helping optimize environments and vendor relationships.

Formación

• Product-first mindset and SaaS product understanding.
• 1–3 years of project management experience in tech.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn cloud basics.

Responsabilidades

• Drive agile ceremonies and track timelines across sub-squads.
• Coordinate internal communication with engineering and product teams.
• Manage environment QA, validation, and rollout coordination.
• Own vendor relationships and maintain internal documentation.
• Define and track team KPIs and SLOs.
