N26 seeks a Data Engineer to join the Data Experience Team within Platform Engineering. You will build scalable, secure data storage and database platform solutions, enable product teams, and own end-to-end platform improvements in a fast-moving fintech environment.

You'll work with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, dbt and Airflow, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, observability and on-call support, and enjoy a collaborative, inclusive culture with remote work flexibility and visa support for

Formación

• Hands-on experience maintaining cloud-based infrastructure (AWS).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS).
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code (Terraform or similar).
• Proficiency in Python or another programming language.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins).
• Experience with dbt and Apache Airflow.
• Knowledge of networking and cloud security best practices.
• Familiarity with observability tools (DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain platform solutions that improve reliability and scalability of the database platform.
• Apply cloud infrastructure, networking, and CI/CD best practices to data storage solutions.
• Collaborate with Product & Analytics Teams for orchestration, access, and metadata management.
• Participate in technical discussions and documentation to share knowledge.
• Contribute to team roadmap with high-quality code and infra improvements.
• Participate in on-call rotations and troubleshooting to ensure a stable environment.
• Maintain observability through metrics, logging, and tracing to meet SLOs.
