N26 is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer for the Software Logistics Team within Platform Engineering. You will maintain and optimise CI/CD systems, shape strategy, and improve security and compliance posture across pipelines.

You will mentor engineers, contribute to roadmap decisions, and ensure stable production delivery while working with AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), and IaC tooling like Terraform/OpenTofu, Ansible, and Salt.

Formación

• Proficient in at least one high-level language (Python, Go, TypeScript, Kotlin).
• Strong Linux networking, containerisation, and security fundamentals.
• Experience with cloud providers, AWS preferred.
• Experience working in security- and compliance-focused environments is a plus.
• Experience building scalable CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Flow or trunk-based).
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform (OpenTofu), Ansible, or Salt.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes administration, preferably on EKS.

• Maintain, implement, and optimise CI/CD systems powering N26 pipelines.
• Shape and influence the CI/CD strategy to accelerate feature delivery.
• Improve security and compliance posture of systems and CI/CD checks.
• Standardise pipelines and raise user autonomy across teams.
• Mentor engineers and help enhance engineering practices.
• Participate in roadmap definition and prioritisation for the group.
• Monitor incidents and production deployments for stable delivery.
