N26 is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the Cloud Foundations team within the Platform Engineering domain. This role focuses on turning core cloud capabilities into self-service, developer-friendly products that accelerate velocity while ensuring security and reliability.

You will own the strategy, execution, and org design for cloud foundations, overseeing AWS multi-account management, Terraform-based IaC, and a Privileged Access Platform.

Formación

• Proven experience leading high-impact platform/cloud infrastructure teams in scale-up/enterprise
• Deep experience in AWS cloud architecture and multi-account management
• Track record transforming cloud infrastructure into self-service, product-led platform solutions

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the long-term roadmap for Cloud Foundations as self-service, developer-friendly products
• Empower engineering teams to provision infra, manage secrets, and deploy workloads through APIs and tooling
• Oversee core platform capabilities: AWS account vending, access management, org setup, cloud baselines, Terraform, Privileged Access
• Lead and scale a high-performing team of cloud architects and platform engineers
• Elevate operational maturity with automation, observability, resiliency, and secure-by-default architecture
• Collaborate with security, architecture, and product teams to drive platform adoption across the business
