N26 is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the Cloud Foundations team within Platform Engineering. You will own the strategy and execution for foundational cloud capabilities, including multi-account AWS management, Terraform-based tooling, and secure-by-default architectures to empower product teams.

You will coach engineers, align stakeholders across Security, Architecture and Product, and drive a culture of operational excellence, automation, and developer velocity.

Formación

• Solid grasp of self-service platform design, observability, automation and secure-by-default architecture.
• Strong coaching and performance management skills to build high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and influence to drive platform alignment across Security, Architecture and Product.
• Fluent professional English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the long-term roadmap for the Cloud Foundations segment, turning cloud capabilities into self-service products.
• Enable engineering teams to autonomously provision infrastructure, manage secrets, and deploy workloads securely via APIs and tooling.
• Oversee core platform capabilities including multi-account AWS management, Terraform frameworks, and privileged access control.
• Build a high-performing, inclusive team with a culture of technical excellence and shared ownership.
• Elevate operational maturity through automation, observability, resiliency, and secure-by-default architecture.
