N26 in Barcelona seeks an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the Cloud Foundations team within Platform Engineering. You will shape the core architectural bedrock of the cloud platform, owning strategy, execution, and organizational design to scale baselines, container orchestration, networking, and secret management for developer velocity.

In this role you will drive the long-term roadmap, empower teams to provision infrastructure via APIs with guardrails, and lead core platform

• Proven experience leading platform/cloud infra teams.
• Deep AWS multi-account and networking expertise.
• Track record turning foundational cloud infrastructure into self-service platform products.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the long-term Cloud Foundations roadmap.
• Enable development teams to provision infrastructure via APIs with guardrails.
• Oversee AWS account management, access control, and baseline cloud configurations.
• Lead and scale a high-performing cloud platform engineering team.
• Advance automation, observability, resiliency, and secure-by-default architecture.
• Collaborate with Security, Architecture and Product to align platform priorities.
