Job summary

Professional Recruitment is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive the Spanish and Portuguese markets for an Italian pharmaceutical excellence company. The role focuses on managing distributor relationships, expanding opportunities, and delivering the commercial plan with strong customer service.

The candidate should have 2–3 years in pharma or related sectors, solid knowledge of the Spanish market, and English proficiency; Italian is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of commercial experience in pharma, healthcare, food supplements or medical devices.
• Experience with distributors, wholesalers, pharmacies and pharmacy groups preferred.
• Good command of English; Italian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations with distributors, wholesalers, pharmacies and pharmacy groups.
• Support the implementation of the commercial strategy in Spain & Portugal.
• Follow up on customer activities, opportunities, orders and business development.
• Monitor sales performance and market developments to identify opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and regular updates on activities.
• Assist in customer meetings, proposals and negotiations, collaborating with internal teams.
