Permanent People is recruiting a Permanent Recruitment Practice Leader in Barcelona to drive and grow the French permanent division. You will lead a team of recruiters, develop your own client portfolio, win new business and deliver senior permanent appointments across specialist markets.

This hands-on leadership role combines coaching with maintaining an active commercial desk, with scope to influence strategy and expand the team as the division grows.

Formación

• Experience in permanent recruitment with a track record of placing senior roles.
• Experience managing and developing recruitment consultants.
• Proven business development and client growth experience.
• Experience selling recruitment solutions rather than contingent vacancies.
• Ability to lead by example and inspire high performance.
• Fluent in French and English.

Permanent People are working exclusively with an established international recruitment business looking to appoint a Permanent Recruitment Practice Leader to drive and grow their French permanent division from their Barcelona office.

This is a hands-on leadership position. You'll be leading a team of experienced recruiters while continuing to develop your own client portfolio, win new business and deliver senior permanent appointments across specialist markets.

If you enjoy coaching people but don't want to lose the commercial side of recruitment, this is a genuine opportunity to do both.

The role

We're looking for someone who has:

• A strong background in permanent recruitment.
• Previous experience managing and developing recruitment consultants.
• A consistent track record of business development and client growth.
• Experience selling recruitment solutions rather than simply contingent vacancies.
• The ability to lead from the front and inspire through personal performance.
• Fluent French and English (essential).
