ENGIE España is seeking an HR Services Manager for its Madrid headquarters to oversee HR operational services, drive efficiency and ensure compliant, high-quality HR processes for employees and the business.

The role reports to the Head of HR Operations, leads a small HR services team, and requires strong payroll knowledge, SLAs, and stakeholder collaboration across an international group.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in HR operations, HR services or HR shared services environments.
  • Solid understanding of payroll processes and labour relations fundamentals.
  • Experience participating in or managing HR process improvement or transformation projects.
  • Experience working with HR Business Partners and interacting with business stakeholders.
  • Spanish level C2 and English level C1.

Responsabilidades

  • Oversee the delivery of HR operational services including hiring administration, benefits management and HR Help Desk.
  • Ensure HR processes are delivered efficiently and with high service quality across the organization.
  • Monitor and manage SLAs for HR services within scope.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and Spanish labour regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR governance, processes and systems.
  • Lead HR operations improvement initiatives and transformation projects focusing on efficiency, standardization and automation.
  • Promote best practices in HR service delivery and operational excellence.
  • Ensure high data accuracy and reliability across HR systems.
  • Deliver HR services with a strong employee-centric and customer-service mindset.
  • Act as a key operational contact for HR-related queries and service delivery topics.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to ensure HR services support needs.
  • Contribute to design and implementation of solutions improving employee access to HR services.
  • Lead, coach and develop a small HR services team.
  • Foster a collaborative, service-oriented and continuous improvement culture.

We are currently looking for an HR Services Manager for our headquarters in Madrid .

Mission

The HR Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing key HR operational services and ensuring the efficient, high-quality delivery of HR processes that support both the employee experience and business needs.

This role combines HR operations management, process improvement and stakeholder collaboration, with responsibility for core services such as hiring administration, benefits management and HR Help Desk. The position will also contribute to HR transformation initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, standardization and service quality.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in HR operations, HR services or HR shared services environments.
  • Solid understanding of payroll processes and labour relations fundamentals.
  • Experience participating in or managing HR process improvement or transformation projects.
  • Experience working with HR Business Partners and interacting with business stakeholders.
  • Spanish level C2 and English level C1.
Valuable requirements
  • Postgraduate degree in HR, Business or Labour Law.
  • Experience leading small teams.
  • Experience working in international and matrix organizations.
