ENGIE España is seeking an HR Services Manager to lead HR operations at our Madrid headquarters. The role focuses on delivering core HR services, improving processes, and ensuring compliant, employee-centered service delivery.

You will oversee a small HR services team and collaborate with HR Business Partners to support business needs. The ideal candidate has HR operations experience, payroll knowledge and fluency in Spanish and English, with a track record of process improvement in

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Law, HR, Business Admin or related field.
• Experience in HR operations, services or shared services environments.
• Solid understanding of payroll processes and labour relations fundamentals.
• Experience in HR process improvement or transformation projects.
• Experience working with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders.
• Spanish level C2 and English level C1.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee delivery of key HR operational services including hiring administration, benefits management and HR Help Desk.
• Ensure HR processes are delivered efficiently with high service quality across the organization.
• Monitor and manage SLAs for HR services within scope.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and Spanish labour regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR governance, processes and systems.
• Lead HR operations improvement initiatives and transformation projects.
• Promote best practices in HR service delivery and operational excellence.
• Ensure high levels of data accuracy and reliability across HR systems.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to support organizational needs.
• Lead, coach and develop a small HR services team.
