ENGIE is seeking a Digitalization & Data Management Intern for Madrid (Barajas) to support HR POS Systems & Data. You will review employee data quality, digitize processes, and provide administrative support to ensure accurate information in corporate systems.

You will join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team and gain hands-on experience in data governance, system integrations, and process improvement during a 6–12 month internship with hybrid work options.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• Proficiency in Office suite and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, VBA, Power BI).
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of SAP HR and/or SuccessFactors is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Data management and maintenance in corporate systems.
• Validation of employee data in SAP HR and SuccessFactors.
• Verification of data consistency and integrity to ensure traceability and correct flow between systems.
• Support in system integrations.
• Participation in a data governance project.
• Reporting to the Group.
• Participation in process digitalization and implementation of new systems.

Requirements
