ENGIE España in Madrid (Barajas) invites you to join as a Digitalization & Data Management Intern. You will support HR POS Systems & Data, review employee data quality, and contribute to digitization and efficient information flows.

The internship is fully paid for 6 to 12 months, with training plans, a hybrid schedule, and a multidisciplinary team to help you develop as a professional while contributing to sustainable energy goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Office suite and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, VBA, Power BI).
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Valuable knowledge of SAP HR and/or SuccessFactors.

Responsabilidades

• Data management and maintenance in corporate systems.
• Validation of employee data in SAP HR and SuccessFactors.
• Verification of data consistency and integrity to ensure traceability and correct flow between systems.
• Support in system integrations.
• Participation in a data governance project.

Digitalization & Data Management Intern (Madrid (Barajas))

We are looking for a Digitalization & Data Management Intern in Madrid (Barajas) to support the HR POS Systems & Data area in activities focused on reviewing employee data quality, process digitalization, and administrative support, contributing to operational efficiency and the correct availability of information in corporate systems.

Responsibilities

• Data management and maintenance in corporate systems.
• Validation of employee data in SAP HR and SuccessFactors.
• Verification of data consistency and integrity to ensure traceability and correct flow between systems.
• Support in system integrations.
• Participation in a data governance project.
• Reporting to the Group.
• Participation in process digitalization and implementation of new systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Proficiency in Office suite and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, VBA, Power BI...)

• Valuable knowledge of SAP HR and/or SuccessFactors
