ENGIE España in Madrid is offering a Business Processes & Digital Solutions Intern role. You will join a cross-functional team connecting business, operations, and technology to drive improvements and digital solutions.

The internship involves supporting tool management, user support for CRM/ERP, QA testing, data updates, and KPI monitoring. A hybrid work setup and training plans are provided to help you grow professionally.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finances, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English (B2-C1).
• Valuable knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and/or AI.

Responsabilidades

• Manage internal tickets and requests related to tools and processes
• Provide user support for business systems (CRM, ERP, ticketing platforms)
• Assist in functional testing (QA) of new features
• Perform data updates, basic configurations, and routine maintenance of business tools
• Prepare operational reports and monitor KPIs
• Support continuous improvement projects with documentation and coordination
• Identify recurring issues and assist in root cause analysis

We are looking for a Business Processes & Digital Solutions Intern to join our team in Madrid. You will be part of a cross-functional team that connects business, operations, and technology to drive continuous improvement across the organization.

You will get to understand how teams work, identify opportunities to streamline and optimize processes, and deliver operational and digital solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and overall business performance. In this role, you will contribute to process optimization initiatives, support the management and enhancement of digital tools, and collaborate with stakeholders across different functions to help deliver effective and sustainable solutions.

Responsabilities

• Management of internal tickets and requests related to tools and processes
• User support for business systems and applications (CRM, ERP, ticketing platforms, etc.)
• Support in functional testing (QA/testing) of new features and system developments
• Data updates, basic configurations, and routine maintenance of business tools
• Preparation of operational reports and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support in continuous improvement projects, including documentation, task tracking, and coordination activities
• Identification of recurring issues and assistance in root cause analysis and resolution efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finances, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
• Proficiency in EXCEL and PPT.
• Fluent in English (B2-C1)
• Valuable knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and/or AI.
