Revolut is seeking a People Specialist to support employees by overseeing day-to-day HR tasks globally. You will help maintain the employment life cycle and enable team growth. You will serve as the face of HR, supporting managers and staff with timely, policy-driven guidance across regions.

This role emphasizes regional responsiveness, SLA-driven service, and hands-on HR operations using modern tools. You will collaborate with the global People team to deliver a seamless employee experience.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in an HR generalist, administrator, or partner role.
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience being the face of HR, representing policies and practices to managers and employees across the organisation.
• Experience in a service role, working to SLAs and other measurable performance metrics.
• Expertise in administering HR operations using automated tools (via Jira service desk, HRIS, etc.).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
• A great understanding of employment law and local HR practices.

Responsabilidades

• Being the first point of contact for employee queries/tickets in your region and as part of the HR team globally.
• Coordinating end-to-end lifecycle operations, including pre-onboarding, onboarding, people services desk, and off-boarding processes.
• Managing internal tools, such as time and attendance.
• Preparing HR documentation and maintaining HR records.
• Implementing important HR projects and policies.

Compensation range

• Poland: PLN8,700 - PLN9,700 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
