AZUMI MADRID SL in Madrid is seeking a People and Culture Administrator to deliver HR operations across our restaurants in Spain. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records and day-to-day HR administration, while promoting a positive workplace culture.

This role is a Fixed Term Contract of 9 months with the possibility of becoming permanent and will be based in Zuma Madrid. Working closely with restaurant managers and the People and Culture team, you will contribute to

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, hospitality, or related field.
• 1–3 years of hospitality admin experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ethics and confidentiality.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Responsabilidades

• Act as first point of contact for day-to-day employee queries.
• Support HR administration, including records, letters and HRIS data.
• Coordinate accommodation and transportation; be primary contact.
• Support recruitment: post vacancies, source candidates, screens, interview coordination, ATS records.
• Collaborate with department heads on hiring needs and candidate communication.
• Assist offers, pre-employment checks and onboarding; ensure smooth first day.
• Coordinate onboarding, uniforms and training; ensure certifications.
