Job summary

Azumi Madrid is seeking a People and Culture Administrator to support HR operations across our restaurants in Spain. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and day-to-day HR administration, contributing to a positive workplace culture.

This fixed-term contract lasts 9 months with potential for permanency, based in Madrid. You will work closely with restaurant managers and the People & Culture team to ensure compliance, engagement, and smooth people-related processes that

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years hospitality admin experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as a first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries.
• Support HR paperwork, employee records, and HRIS data.
• Coordinate employee accommodation and transportation matters.
• Support recruitment: post vacancies, screen candidates, coordinate interviews.
• Collaborate with department heads on hiring needs and communications.
• Support onboarding, offers, checks, and new starter orientations.
