Vylor, Inc. is hiring a Time Analyst to join the Global Payroll team. You will process time and attendance data into systems, review transactions, and support managers with inquiries.

The role emphasizes process standardisation, automation, and timely, compliant payroll execution across global stakeholders. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in payroll/time, strong Excel, and English proficiency; French is a plus.

This role will partner with key stakeholders to support their business needs while ensuring that payroll is executed on time, accurate and compliant. The Time and Attendance resource will be the first point of contact for supporting change requests and supporting Managers and Time Administrators with time inquiries.REPSONSIBILITIES:• Review, enter/validate payroll/time transactions and related data in Replicon and Woffu• Investigate, validate, correct, and provide employee/manager support with overpayments/underpayments when identified/required• Administer and resolve cases via the case management system and respond to employees/managers/time partners directly regarding inquires in accordance with all internal SLAs• Identify and/or participate in the identification and development of new procedures and policies striving to drive operational efficiency and recommend changes to optimize operations and improve efficiencies• Support stakeholders by collaborating on new or enhanced programs• Compile simple to moderate payroll or time reports for internal payroll validation• Assist with troubleshooting pay or time issues and driving resolution both internally and with customers• Support the operation by adhering to both internal and vendor SLAs• Lead the Time and Attendance change requests from requirements to production• Participate in projects /enhancements from development to production including system upgrades or new configuration requirements, as neededSKILLS:• Minimum 2 years of payroll and/or Time and Attendance Experience, preferable with Replicon or Woffu• Technical Payroll experience• Advanced English level (C1) written and spoken to communicate with global stakeholders• Advanced French (written and spoken) will be highly valued• Ability to think analytically and perform detail-oriented tasks• Experience working with Service Now case management and/or other case management tools preferred• Strong time management and organization skills; ability to effectively multi-task• Strong collaboration and communication skills• Strong Excel skills including v-lookups and pivot tables, minimally• Knowledge of payroll/time and attendance related regulations, legislation and guidelines for Zambia, South Africa, Spain, and/or Turkey• Experience in execution of operational process improvements• Experience in Project Management• Advanced experience in Word and Excel• Independent worker and collaborative team player• Experience with Workday as an HR system, preferred• ADP eTime, Kronos, Replicon, UKG or local time systems• BA/BS degree preferredIndividuals impacted by the Corteva Asturias Workforce Reduction Plan (ERE X/2026) will receive priority consideration for this position, provided they meet the minimum qualifications for the role.Due to the international scope of this role and regular interaction with teams and leadership based in the United States, advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher) is required.
