Vylor, Inc. is hiring a Time Analyst to join the Global Payroll team. You will process time and attendance data into systems, review transactions, and support managers with inquiries.

The role emphasizes process standardisation, automation, and timely, compliant payroll execution across global stakeholders. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in payroll/time, strong Excel, and English proficiency; French is a plus.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of payroll and/or Time and Attendance experience.
• Advanced English (C1) written and spoken; French is a plus.
• Analytical thinking and detail-oriented tasks with strong Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review, enter/validate payroll/time transactions in Replicon and Woffu.
• Investigate and correct overpayments/underpayments as needed.
• Handle cases via case management and respond to inquiries per SLAs.
• Lead Time and Attendance change requests from requirements to production.
• Support projects/enhancements and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Prepare payroll/time reports for internal validation.
