Operating in 180+ countries, we design and deliver people-first solutions powered by cloud-based technology – helping organizations grow and enabling workforces to perform at their best.Learn more at www.stradaglobal.com**Application Management**Integrated into the AMPS department and under the supervision of an AMPS Team Manager, the overall responsibility of an AMPS Consultant is to support our outsourced SAP client as follows:* Provide application support and consultancy through expert advice, guidance, and appropriate technical actions.* Manage and resolve standard support tickets, following functional analysis and technical guidance from senior team members.* Develop and maintain clean, reliable, and easily maintainable code and system configurations in line with Strada best practices.* Execute system tests using either provided or self-generated test data to ensure that applications and developments meet agreed specifications.* Prepare clear and comprehensive technical and functional documentation for all issues handled.* Organize and manage daily priorities and assigned tickets, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
