Operating in 180+ countries, we design and deliver people-first solutions powered by cloud-based technology – helping organizations grow and enabling workforces to perform at their best.Learn more at www.stradaglobal.com**Key Responsibilities*** Independently process payroll end-to-end and/or perform Data Management and Customer Service activities in line with agreed calendars, SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.* Support statutory and year-end reporting activities, ensuring compliance with local legislation and client requirements.* Respond to client queries, tickets, and calls within agreed service levels, providing accurate and professional support.* Maintain strong knowledge of payroll processes, systems, and country-specific regulations.* Support testing, system maintenance activities, and resolution of payroll or system issues.* Liaise with third parties and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.* Complete controls, documentation, and process updates accurately and on time.* Contribute to root cause analysis, continuous improvement initiatives, and knowledge-sharing activities.* Escalate service risks, issues, or scope deviations to the Service Manager when required.* Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately and comply with security and company policies.* Participate in team meetings, projects, and other assigned activities to support service delivery and business objectives.**We are looking for you that have** * French at min.
