Openbank, the digital bank of Santander Group, seeks a Payroll & Primacy Strategy Lead based in Madrid, Spain. You will define and evolve the payroll/primacy strategy to become customers’ primary bank, leveraging customer insights, market dynamics and business analytics to drive engagement and loyalty.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting or Corporate Strategy, Growth or Commercial Strategy within Banking, Financial Services or Digital businesses.
• Experience defining customer engagement or commercial strategies based on data and insights.
• Experience analyzing business performance, customer behavior and KPIs.
• Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in digital banking, customer engagement, loyalty or lifecycle strategies is valued.
• Bachelor’s degree and additional education or certifications as listed.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve payroll and primacy strategy, identifying opportunities from customer insights and market dynamics.
• Design initiatives to increase payroll conversion, engagement, recurrence and loyalty.
• Analyze payroll journey to strengthen engagement and primacy across the end-to-end lifecycle.
• Monitor KPIs and generate insights to support strategic decisions and identify risks.
• Prioritize initiatives balancing customer experience and business impact toward primacy objectives.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Marketing, Data, Operations and Tech teams.
