Openbank, the digital bank of Santander Group, is seeking a Payroll & Primacy Strategy Lead based in Madrid, Spain. The role sits in Growth and focuses on shaping the bank's commercial strategy across the customer lifecycle.

You will blend customer insights, market dynamics and business analysis to drive payroll conversion, engagement and primacy across the end-to-end journey, collaborating with Product, Marketing, Data, Operations and Technology teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting or Corporate Strategy within Banking, Financial Services or digital businesses.
• Proven experience defining customer engagement or commercial strategies based on data and insights.
• Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in digital banking, customer engagement, loyalty or lifecycle strategies is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Define and continuously evolve Openbank's payroll and primacy strategy using customer insights, market dynamics and competitive analysis.
• Design differentiated initiatives to increase payroll conversion, engagement, and long-term loyalty.
• Analyze the payroll journey from activation to primary bank consolidation to strengthen engagement.
• Monitor payroll engagement and primacy KPIs, providing insights for strategic decisions and risk spotting.
• Prioritize initiatives balancing customer experience, business impact and primacy objectives.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Marketing, Data, Operations and Technology for timely delivery.
