GMV Spain is seeking an Administrative Officer to join the Finance Management Operations team in Madrid. The role focuses on payroll reconciliations, treasury-related procedures, and maintaining employee data within the ERP system.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting and has experience with administrative and data management tasks, including labor-related matters.

Formación

• Degree in Business Administration and Management, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Experience in administrative processes, accounting, and data management.
• Experience in personnel administration environments and knowledge of labor-related matters is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Perform payroll reconciliations.
• Manage treasury-related processes involving employees (per diem payments, salary advances, severance payments, wage garnishments, etc).
• Maintain and update employee information in the Business Central ERP Personnel module (onboarding/offboarding, calendars, costs, locations, vacation records, project assignments).
• Ensure data quality, integrity and traceability of managed data.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure proper flow of information and compliance with internal policies.
• Participate in other activities related to the Finance Management Operations department.
