GMV Spain is seeking a Process and Administration Analyst to ensure effective management, control, and optimization of administrative, accounting, tax, and treasury processes related to people management. You will apply a data-driven approach and continuous improvement mindset to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Experience in managing administrative, accounting, tax, or treasury processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage accounting processes related to employees, including payroll reconciliations and tax prepayments.
• Coordinate and execute tax-related processes involving employees and external collaborators.
• Manage treasury-related processes for employee transactions and reimbursements.
• Maintain employee data in the ERP system including onboarding/offboarding and costs.
• Analyze and improve administrative and financial processes for efficiency and automation.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure data accuracy and policy compliance.
