Planet is seeking a Payments Operations Support specialist to assist our international clients with funding and charges queries. You will deliver professional service across multiple IT platforms, ensuring SLA alignment and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires fluent English and Greek (Greek mandatory). Experience in customer support or administrative work, strong communication, and good analytical/numerical skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to queries with accurate information on transaction statuses.
• Manage customer and financial support across IT platforms, internal departments, and external partners.
• Resolve issues by coordinating with colleagues and other departments.
• Adapt to a fast-moving environment in a proactive, team-focused manner.
• Support inbound and outbound calls and operate across 24/7 shift schedules as required.
