Job summary

mySkin in Bendinat, Mallorca, is seeking a dedicated Patient Manager for a full-time position. You will be the central contact for an international client base, coordinating appointments, planning treatments, and handling billing while supporting doctors and the medical team.

Ideal candidates will be fluent in German, English, and Spanish, have Mallorca residency with NIE and Spanish SS number, plus strong CRM and digital skills.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German, English, and Spanish is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central contact for international patients throughout the visit lifecycle.
• Check-in/out patients politely and manage appointments across channels.
• Schedule individual treatments and treatment series, ensuring smooth operations.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and daily administrative tasks.
• Maintain digital patient files and CRM data accurately.
• Provide product information and assist with skincare product sales.
• Collaborate closely with doctors and medical staff.

At mySkin in Bendinat, Mallorca, we are looking for a dedicated Patient Manager to join our practice on a full-time basis. Our modern, international clinic brings together three specialized physicians focusing on dermatology, laser medicine, and aesthetic treatments. In your everyday role as Patient Manager, you serve as the central point of contact for our international clientele. Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming, checking in, and checking out patients with a warm and professional attitude
• Coordinating and managing appointments efficiently across all communication channels
• Planning and scheduling individual treatments as well as comprehensive treatment series
• Overseeing patient communication and organizing medical briefing and consent documents
• Handling billing, invoice management, and day-to-day administrative support
• Maintaining digital patient files, databases, and CRM systems accurately
• Providing knowledgeable advice on our skincare products and handling product sales
• Working closely in daily collaboration with our doctors and specialized medical staff

To succeed in this multilingual environment, you bring strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in dermatology and medical aesthetics. You should meet the following requirements:

• Excellent proficiency in German, English, and Spanish (fluency in all three languages is a mandatory requirement)
• An existing residency on Mallorca, along with a valid NIE and a Spanish social security number
• Strong computer literacy and confidence in using modern digital tools and applications
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills to interact comfortably with patients and colleagues
• Strong organizational talent, proactive initiative, and a polished, friendly presence
• A genuine passion for high-end patient service and an enthusiasm for aesthetic medicine
