Factorial is seeking a Strategy Analyst for the Italian Market to support the Strategic Partnerships team. You will develop strategic initiatives, build scalable processes, and drive data-informed decisions to grow the partner business.

You will contribute to reporting, design scalable workflows, and monitor performance with data-driven insights, while collaborating across teams and stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Tier-1 business school.
• 2–3 years of experience in Strategy Consulting / Investment Banking / Startup / VC.
• Strong interest in Tech scale-ups and SaaS models.
• Analytical capability to collect, analyze and interpret data for decisions.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Excellent communication to build relationships with stakeholders and leaders.
• Self-motivated with proactive problem-solving.
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Italian; other languages a bonus.

At Factorial we’re looking for a new Strategy Analyst for the Italian Market to help us support and scale our Strategic Partnerships team to the next level. As part of the team in charge of driving the growth and scalability of our Partner business, you’ll be in charge of developing strategic initiatives, building scalable processes, and driving data-informed decisions.

What you’ll do

• Develop new ideas with AI that will move the needle and execute them effectively, such as new Go-To-Market actions partners motion
• Own the reporting to management team of the partners in order to give visibility and suggest new initiatives
• Design scalable processes and coordinate with other teams to ensure effective implementation.
• Set up and maintain best-in-class tracking systems to monitor the business and make data-driven decisions
• Find new strategic partnership outside Italy

What are we looking for

• Finished a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Tier-1 business school.
• 2-3 years work experience in Strategy Consulting/ Investment Banking/ Startup/ VC.
• Strong interest in the Tech scale-ups ecosystem (i.e. Itnig) and understanding of SaaS business models.
• Demonstrable analytical capabilities to collect, analyse and interpret data to make informed business decisions.
• Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure and in a context of shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to build relationships with stakeholders and Factorial leaders.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• High proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Italian. French, German or Spanish is a nice to have.
