CrowdStrike, a global cybersecurity leader, is seeking a Sr. Business Partner for Field Alliances Operations (Remote).

The role focuses on supporting CrowdStrike's rapidly growing partner ecosystem and Alliances leadership, with emphasis on Salesforce data quality and partner program integrity. The successful candidate will drive data-driven channel initiatives, onboard and enable partners, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale operations while delivering a seamless partner

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French, Spanish, or Italian preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in Partner/Channel Operations or Sales Ops.
• Strong analytical background; able to identify anomalies.
• Excellent presentation and influencing skills; strong business partnership experience.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce and Tableau.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity and change.
• Curious mindset and drive to improve partner experience.
• Experience using AI to enhance decision-making and workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Alliances Leaders to support data-led channel strategy and insights.
• Enable wider Alliances/Partner teams to execute partner processes and initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day tasks to support Partners, Partner Managers, and Sales teams.
• Prepare metrics and KPIs for regular management reviews.
• Oversee partner onboarding, compliance, and complex contracts.
• Ensure proper partner attribution and regional deal support.
• Advise on process improvements and liaise with IT and GTM teams.
• Participate in QBRs and Annual Operating Plan processes.
• Maintain alignment and territories for Alliance teams.
• Resolve commissions issues escalated by the Compensation team.
• Institute scalable data flows and best practices for partnerships.
• Deliver enablement sessions and training for shared services.
