SafeStays, the Madrid-based rental division of The One Properties, seeks a proactive Demand Marketing Assistant to grow our client base. You will attract new users through digital channels, communities, and partnerships, and guide them through onboarding on our website.

This full-time role requires fluency in Spanish and English, a passion for marketing or community management, and strong communication skills to engage with universities, relocation partners, and real estate portals.

Qualificações

• Fluent Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience or strong interest in marketing, sales, or community management.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online portals.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized, proactive and able to work independently.
• Studies or background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

We offer fully furnished, fully equipped apartments in the best and most sought-after neighborhoods of the cities where we operate. We are established in Madrid, Lugano, Milan and Miami, and are now launching in Paris. We are looking for a fluent Spanish and English speaker to join our team.

About the role

We're looking for a proactive Demand Marketing Assistant to help grow our client base. You'll attract new users through digital channels, communities, and partnerships, and guide them through onboarding on our website. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire new clients across our target audiences
• Manage and grow our social media channels and content
• Engage with online communities, including student WhatsApp groups, to build awareness and generate demand
• Build and maintain partnerships with universities and other institutions
• Manage and optimize our listings on real estate portals
• Onboard new clients onto our website, guiding them from first contact to completed registration
• Develop and maintain relationships with relocation companies and corporate partners

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish and English, written and spoken (required)
