Job summary

Pentasia is seeking a Paid Campaigns Specialist to plan, execute and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn, serving as the primary client contact in a fast-paced, growth-focused agency.

You will manage budgets, run tests, present campaign plans, and build dashboards in Looker Studio, GA4 and Excel, while mentoring junior teammates. A 4+ year track record and certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience running paid campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets, GA4 and Looker Studio.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and budgets simultaneously.
• Certifications: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint and LinkedIn Marketing Labs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Conduct audience, keyword and competitor research.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies and daily optimisations at scale.
• A/B test ad creatives, copy and landing pages, and troubleshoot underperforming campaigns independently.
• Own client relationships end to end: lead strategy calls, present campaign plans and run performance reviews.
• Advise clients on the right platform mix based on their audience and objectives.
• Track and report on ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPL and conversions, building dashboards in Google Sheets, Excel and Looker Studio.
• Mentor junior team members on reporting and analysis best practices.
