Sharp Brains Solutions is seeking a part-time Help Desk Administrator in Majadahonda, Spain. The role covers first-level support for desktop and laptop hardware, software, and peripherals, with English and Spanish language requirements.

You will handle incidents, service requests, and basic account administration while adhering to ITIL standards in a corporate IT environment. The position is 5 days per week with on-site responsibilities.

Formación

• Provide first-level technical support for desktop and laptop hardware and software.
• Respond to incidents and service requests within SLAs using ITSM tools.
• Perform basic IMAC activities for end-user devices and workstations.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, and support Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and standard business apps.
• Assist users with password resets, account unlocks, and Active Directory administration.
• Provide deskside and remote support for peripherals like printers and scanners.
