Sharp Brains is seeking a Help Desk Technician to join their Seville team. You will provide end-to-end technical support for desktop and laptop systems, handle IMAC tasks, and manage device lifecycles.

You will use SCCM, Intune and ServiceNow for ticket resolution and remote assistance. The role requires experience with Windows and basic Mac support, knowledge of ITIL processes, and strong communication in Spanish and English.

Formación

• Experience providing end-user desktop and laptop support.
• Familiarity with ITIL incident, request and problem management.
• Proficient with Windows OS and basic macOS handling.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-to-end technical support for desktop and laptop systems.
• Perform IMAC activities and break/fix tasks for end-user devices.
• Manage desktop lifecycle: configuration, patching, imaging, hardware replacements.
• Deliver support using SCCM, Intune, and ServiceNow for ticket resolution.
• Assist with software installations, updates and security patching as per policy.
• Provide remote and deskside support using EUC tools and VPN clients.
• Ensure security compliance and desktop policy enforcement.
• Offer VIP onsite support during escalations or outages.
• Support printers, scanners, and peripherals, including maintenance.
• Assist with Active Directory tasks and basic user account management.
• Document incident resolution and maintain hardware inventory and guides.
• Familiar with Windows OS environments and basic MAC handling; follow ITIL practices.
