Ethnik Living is seeking a Creative Strategist to own paid media creative strategy, build customer personas, and sustain a profitable customer pipeline. You will craft messaging and concepts for furniture and home decor, guiding a Graphic Designer and Marketing Manager through research, production, and launch.

You will turn insights into video concepts, static ads, and carousels, writing hooks, headlines, and CTAs while testing across platforms to optimize ROAS and CAC.

Formación

• 3+ years in creative strategy, performance marketing, direct-response copywriting, or content creation at a DTC brand or performance agency.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media creative strategy and testing roadmap across personas, products, hooks, and formats.
• Lead creative sprints with the Graphic Designer and Marketing Manager; guide creators and editors.
• Develop briefs with hypothesis, persona, message, shot list, formats, and success measures.
• Manage production pipelines from idea to launch; ensure timely delivery and QA.
• Coordinate with marketing to align ad messages with landing pages, email, and SMS.
• Review assets pre-launch for clarity, layout, and brand consistency.
• Lead weekly creative reviews, sharing learnings and next steps.
