Ethnik Living is seeking a Creative Strategist to own our paid media creative strategy and build a profitable customer acquisition pipeline. You will turn insights into messages, video concepts, and ads tested across formats to showcase our furniture and home decor.

You will lead creative sprints with our Graphic Designer and Marketing Manager, guide editors, and take projects from research through production to launch. Independent, data-driven, and highly collaborative, you’ll drive results.

Formación

• 3+ years in creative strategy, performance marketing, direct-response copywriting, or content creation at a DTC brand or performance agency.
• A portfolio of paid ads with your contribution, hypothesis, results, and learnings.
• Strong knowledge of Meta advertising, UGC, and short-form video platforms.
• Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills for short-form hooks and longer narratives.
• Ability to read Ads Manager and analytics reports to derive actionable briefs and tests.
• Experience directing designers, editors, or creators and managing multiple projects through feedback and delivery.
• Familiar with research tools like Particl, Foreplay, and related platforms.
• Initiative, sound judgment, and clear communication.

Responsabilidades

• Find and validate new customer personas, purchase motivations, and use cases through reviews, surveys, customer conversations, support tickets, and social DMs.
• Build messaging for each persona and stage of the buying journey, covering outcomes, objections, product benefits, proof, offers, and calls to action.
• Develop fresh concepts weekly across video, UGC, testimonials, product demos, static ads, carousels, and animations.
• Write direct-response hooks, scripts, headlines, captions, and calls to action; shape stories by audience and product.
• Create briefs with a hypothesis, persona, message, visuals, shot list, format requirements, and success measures.
• Own a rolling testing roadmap; plan tests across personas, products, hooks, narratives, formats, and offers.
• Lead weekly creative reviews and guide producers, editors, and creators with precise notes.
• Build a library of hooks, scripts, footage, briefs, and proven concepts; maintain a living playbook.
