Ethnik Living is seeking a Creative Strategist to own paid media creative strategy and develop new customer personas. You will turn insights into tests, messages, and video concepts to drive profitable customer acquisition for furniture and home decor.

You will lead creative sprints with a Graphic Designer and Marketing Manager, guide creators and editors, and drive projects from research through production to launch, working independently with clear direction.

Formación

• 3+ years in creative strategy, performance marketing, or direct-response copywriting at a DTC brand or agency.
• A portfolio of paid ads with clear contribution, hypothesis, results, and learnings.
• Strong knowledge of Meta ads, UGC, and short-form video conventions.
• Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling, with hooks and longer narratives.
• Ability to read Ads Manager reports and translate performance into briefs and tests.

Responsabilidades

• Own research to build customer personas, messaging, and buying journey outcomes.
• Develop weekly creative concepts across video, static ads, and carousels.
• Write hooks, scripts, headlines, captions, and CTAs tailored to audience and platform.
• Create briefs with hypothesis, persona, message, shot list, and success metrics.
• Direct creative testing roadmap and prioritize concepts based on evidence.
• Lead weekly creative reviews and provide clear direction to the team.
• Coordinate production with designers and editors through briefs, feedback, and approvals.
• Maintain a scalable library of hooks, scripts, and proven concepts for testing.
