Ethnik Living is seeking a Creative Strategist to own our paid media creative strategy and develop messaging that shows our furniture in homes. You will turn customer insights into video concepts and static ads, guiding production from research through launch.

You will lead creative sprints with our Graphic Designer and Marketing Manager, writing hooks and briefs, and providing clear direction while moving work forward independently.

Formación

• 3+ years in creative strategy, performance marketing, or direct-response copywriting for a DTC brand or agency.
• A portfolio of paid ads with clear contribution, hypothesis, results, and learnings.
• Strong knowledge of Meta advertising and short-form video formats.
• Ability to lead and communicate creative direction and tests clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Own research and messaging to create personas, motivations, and use cases.
• Develop fresh concepts across video, UGC, testimonials, and static ads.
• Write hooks, scripts, headlines, captions, and calls to action.
• Create briefs with hypotheses, persona, and success measures for teams.
• Lead weekly creative reviews and guide production from idea to launch.
