Ethnik Living, a furniture and home decor brand, is seeking a Creative Strategist to own paid media creative strategy and help customers picture our pieces in their homes. You will turn customer insights into messages, video concepts, and ads that test and improve performance, working with a Graphic Designer and Marketing Manager.

You will write hooks and scripts, create briefs, and guide creators from research through production to launch.

Formación

• 3+ years in creative strategy, performance marketing, or direct-response content for a DTC brand or agency.

Responsabilidades

• Build personas, messaging, and creative concepts across formats (video, static ads, carousels).
• Lead creative sprints with designers and managers, guiding creators and editors.
• Plan testing roadmap across personas, formats, and offers to optimize ROAS.
• Review assets for clarity, copy, and brand consistency prior to launch.
• Coordinate with product launches and landing pages to align messages.
